Throughout the project, there was always clear communication and Paul took the time to translate the technical languages to ones easier to understand. We have several pages that we need to consistently edit and the Youtube tutorials are much appreciated and above and beyond what we were expecting.

When a few changes occurred during the process to what our initial discussion was, Paul was very accomodating and any additional costs were always clearly passed on.
